You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpxchg login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any other person. bpxchg strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which can be activated through the account security settings at any time after your bpxchg login. PSL matches abandoned due to weather or security conditions follow the specific market rules applicable to that event.
Cricket betting markets on bpxchg — including all PSL season fixtures, bilateral Pakistan international series, and ICC tournaments — are governed by the standard cricket betting rules applicable to the relevant format (T20, ODI, Test). Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from bpxchg's intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bpxchg platform for its intended purpose — personal entertainment — during the period in which you hold an active bpxchg account in good standing. This licence is automatically revoked upon account closure or suspension.
bpxchg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpxchg's aggregate liability to any player for any loss or damage arising from their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bpxchg account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bpxchg shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses; loss of profits or opportunity; losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform; service interruptions caused by force majeure events including but not limited to network outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or regulatory actions; or losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by bpxchg's negligence, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
bpxchg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bpxchg will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via an in-platform notification at the next bpxchg login. Continued use of the platform after the stated effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the new Terms take effect.
bpxchg reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; account activity triggers regulatory or AML obligations; the player is found to be ineligible under Section 2; or bpxchg determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to other players. In the event of termination for a breach, any balance derived from fraudulent or abusive activity may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances not subject to dispute will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method following satisfactory KYC completion.
You may close your bpxchg account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen under these Terms prior to the date of closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpxchg holds its operating authorisation.
